Led by the Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation and Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and funded by Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the ASCEND Tech For Good Scheme, as a cornerstone of the Jockey Club Smart Teens Action Series,  empowers youth‑led social innovation projects to address real community needs, bridge the digital divide, and build a more inclusive digital future.
